Ansel Key Obituary
Ansel E. Key, 74, of Evansville, died Sunday, Oct. 15,2000, at North Park Nursing Home of complications of a stroke.
He retired in 1976 after 33 years with International Steel.
He was a World War If Navy veteran and member of the American Legion.
He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Edna Jewell (Hill); four daughters, Linda Heard, Rhonda Deutsch and Vonda Dant, all of Evansville, and Teresa Ryor of Island, Ky.; a son, Clary of Evansville; two sisters, Nellie Ruth Key of Tallahassee, Fla., and Delsia Buie of Clarksville, Tenn.; 14 grandchildren; and 18 great- grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 pan. Wednesday at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel, the Rev. Maurice Melton officiating, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, with military rites,
Friends may call from 3 to 8 pan. Tuesday at the funeral home.
