Betty Lou (Jennings) Fitzgerald, age 88, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 1:30 a.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018, at Hamilton Pointe Health and Rehab.

Betty was born October 4, 1929, in Evansville, IN, to the late John Will and Frances Lucille (Dame) Jennings. She graduated from Bosse High School in 1947 and went on to study at the Beauty College. Betty loved being a hairdresser and retired at the age of 59. She loved traveling with Charlie and enjoyed playing bridge.

She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Charles “Charlie” Fitzgerald, son, Keith Fitzgerald (Carol) of Cumming, GA; sisters, Mary Garrison (Jerry) of Evansville, IN and Carlotta Terry of Houston, TX.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Burial will be Private.
