Bettye Sue (Doss) Zehner

Bettye Sue (Doss) Zehner, 92, of New Berlin, WI, formerly of Evansville, IN, went to heaven on Sunday, October 1, 2017, peacefully after a short illness.  

Bettye was born September 19, 1925, to the late Olive (Miller) and Harry Doss.  She was a 1943 graduate of Bosse High School. She was married to the late Conrad Zehner for 60 years.  They were both active members of American Baptist East Church.  Bettye worked at Faultless Caster for 35 years doing data entry. Bettye loved her time at the Regency Senior Community in New Berlin, WI.

Bettye is survived by her daughter, Connie (David) Klingle of New Berlin, WI, grandchildren, Kelly (Tim) Jaeck, of East Troy, WI, and Blake (Natalie) Klingle of New Berlin, WI, great grandchildren, Kaity and Ally Jaeck and Joe, Grace, Rylan, & Eli Klingle.

Bettye is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Conrad Zehner and parents.

Funeral Services will be held at 12 pm, Thursday, October 5, 2017, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel-A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville with Reverend Jeff Stratton officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Mausoleum.
