Charles Edward Moers

Charles Edward Moers, 73 Evansville, Ind., died at 7 a.m., Sunday, July 7,2002, at his resi­dence.

Mr. Moers retired in 1992 from Bucyrus-Erie as a machin­ist, and he had also worked for Comaier Services. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and St. Joseph's Men Club.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sally, in 1994 and a daughter, Judith Moers, in 1996.

He is survived by two daugh­ters, Kathleen Nelson of Evans­ville, Ind., and Rebecca Bohrer of Evansville, Ind,; three sons, David A. Moers of Evansville, Ind, Tim Moers of Evansville, Ind., and John Moers of Evans­ville, Ind.; five sisters, Mary Lee Martin of Evansville, Ind., Monica Patry of Chandler, IN, Rose Marie Schuler of Evansville, IN, Barbara Muenstreman, of Evansville, IN, and Dorothy Ann Hendry of Golf Port, MS; a brother, Richard Moers of Evansville, IN; seven grandchildren; a great-grandchild' and nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, July 11, 2002, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel, 5330 Wash­ington Avenue. Burial will be in Locust Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3 until 8 p.m., Wednesday, July 10,2002, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel. Memorial Contributions may be made to Deaconess/Ohio Valley Hospice Care.
