Denver Ray Robinson

Denver Ray Robinson, age 60, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.

Denver was born May 23, 1959 in Evansville IN, to Donald and Mary (Horning) Robinson. He graduated from Harrison High School in 1977. He was the Director of Maintenance and Custodian of St. Mary’s Catholic Church where he was a faithful member for fourteen years.  

Denver is survived by his mother, Mary; loving wife of 27 years, Kelli (Koressel) Robinson; daughters, Amanda (Alan) Couch, Stephanie (Eric) Anderson, Mallory (Daniel) Schweikhart; grandchildren, Quentin Davis, Ella Titzer, Emma Couch, Parker Horton and Owen Horton; brother, William “Billy” (Laci) Robinson; several nieces and nephews.

Denver is preceded in death by his father, Donald; brother, Mark Robinson; and son, Blake Horton.

Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Friday, July 19, 2019 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue and 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2019 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 613 Cherry Street, Evansville, IN.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 20, 2019 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Steve Lintzenich and Father Benny Chacko officiating. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.
