Janet M. (Oldham) Bilyeu

Janet M. (Oldham) Bilyeu, age 75, of Newburgh, IN, passed away peacefully at 5:08 a.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at the Village at Hamilton Pointe

Janet was born April 29, 1944, in Evansville, IN, to Arthur P. Oldham, Sr. and Vaden M. (Harder) Oldham. She attended Bosse High School and retired from Citizens Bank as a food server. Janet and her husband, Al, were co-owners of Budget Auto Sales for many years. She loved playing Bingo and going to rummage sales and Goodwill.

Janet is survived by her sons, Richard Baumberger and Jim Bilyeu (LeeEtta); daughters, Dee Bilyeu (Cindy) and Debbie Patterson (Dan); brother, Charles Oldham (Pam); sisters, Barbara Rheinhardt (Keith) and Susan Lutterbach (Mark); sister-in-law, Sandy Oldham; grandchildren, Eric Baumberger (Crystal), Craig Patterson (Lindsay), Catie Glass (Adam), Heather McKnight (Bob), Jimmy Smith (Crystal) and Larry Lenning; 11 great grandchildren; and ex-husband, Sam Baumberger.

Janet is preceded in death by her husband, Alton “Al” Bilyeu, who passed away in 2010; brother, Arthur “Butch” Oldham; parents; and step-mother, Flossie Oldham.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 25, 2019 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Steve Clayton officiating. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 24, 2019 at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
