Lois M. (Jenkins) Kolb, 78, of Evansville, died Friday, Aug. 24,2001, at Good Samaritan Home of natural causes.
She was a 1943 graduate of Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing. She retired as an intensive care unit nurse at Welborn Hospital. She was a member of the Central Turners and Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Surviving are five daughters, Andrea Kundert of Newburgh, Lonna Moehlenkamp of Aurora, 111., and Janet Kelsey, Marcia Longist and Emily Dwyer, all of Evansville; a sister, Kathleen D. Lee of Boonville, Ind.; six grand children, Vicki Schaefer, York and Kyle Moehlenkamp, Chad Kundert and Abram and Jared Dwyer; four great-grand children; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer, in 1999.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel, continuing at 10 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the Rev. Cooper officiating, with entombment in St. Joseph Catholic Mausoleum.
Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Rehabilitation Center.
