Mary Rebecca "Becky" (French) Thomson

Mary Rebecca “Becky” Thomson, age 86, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at Cypress Grove Nursing Home surrounded by her loving children.

Becky was born May 17, 1933, in Broken Arrow, OK, to William “Bill” French and Ruth (Schultz) Pipken. She graduated from Central High School in 1956. Becky worked in Real Estate, was an Interior Designer and owned the Antique Walkway Mall. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

Becky is survived by her daughter, Jamilyn Fritz of Evansville; son, David Fritz of Evansville; grandchildren, Nathaniel (Kelly) Fritz, Heather (Curt) Nielsen, Estefany Fritz, Rebecca (Chapman) Thompson, Skyler (Jeff) Wolf; great-grandchildren, Jacob Nielsen, Christian Nielsen, Emma Fritz and baby girl on the way, Lucille Thompson. 

Becky is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Thomson; first husband, James P. Fritz; her parents; and sons, Daniel and Stephen Fritz.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, September 30, 2019 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Kris Holzmeyer officiating.

Friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. until service time, Monday, September 30, 2019 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
