Nina Pritchett Obituary

Nina Mae (Sims) Pritchett, age 94, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 9:23 a.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital.

Nina was born July 27, 1925, in Switz City, IN, to Jesse and Hazel (Stewart) Sims. She attended Grace Baptist Church and retired from National Can after 45 years of service. Nina loved her doll collection, home, and family.

Nina is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Harold Pritchett; niece, Barbara Droste (Ottie); niece, Linda (Eden) Hiatt; nephew, Steve Eden (Marlin); 1 great-niece; and 2 great-nephews.

Nina is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Norma Jean Sims; and brothers, Charles and Robert Sims.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Reverend Dr. Larry T. Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.

Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
