Norma J. (Pearce) Becker

Norma J. (Pearce) Becker, age 88, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at Golden Living – Woodlands.

Norma was born March 23, 1931, in Evansville, IN, to Shirley B. and Ruby (Lively) Pearce. She graduated from Central High School and was a member of Nativity Catholic Church. Norma enjoyed sewing and cross stitching, and she adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Norma is survived by her daughters, Diana Sutton (Jack) and Vickie Hill (Rich); grandchildren, Christi Sanders (Steve), Beth Hill, and Jack Sutton (Rachel); and great grandchildren, Caden Hill, Ava Clark, Eli Sanders, and Emma Sanders.

Norma is prececed in death by her parents; her beloved husband of 49 years, John C. “Jay” Becker, who passed away in 2003; and her brother, James Pearce.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Father Henry Kuykendall officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time, Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
