Patsy "Pat" N. Dunning

Patsy “Pat” Dunning, passed away peacefully 4:35 PM Thursday, April 5, 2018, at Good Samaritan Home.

Pat was born March 15, 1942, in Lamsaco, KY, to the late Floyd B. and Tylene (Garrett) Dunning. She graduated from Bosse High School and worked for many years for the Alexander Leich Company, and deJongs. Pat was a kind, caring person with a gentle, generous spirit. She was the chief caregiver for her parents and her beloved sister Rosie.

She is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and their children, including special nephews and niece John Griffith, Vicki Boettcher, and David Dunning as well as special grand nieces and nephews Kelli Seaton, Sara McGuyer, Amy Spindler, Andrew and Matthew Snow, Megan, Caitlin, and Erin Boettcher.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by all of her siblings: Roseale Griffith, Jo Guyer, Al Dunning (Ruth Ann), Anna Baker, Tom Dunning (Judy); and her niece Joni Snow (Dave).

Memorial Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with The Reverend Shane O’Neill, and his wife Patty O’Neill, close family friends, officiating. Burial will be in Lamasco, Ky at a later date.

Friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until service time, Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
