Philip “Phil” Carter, age 62, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at home.

Phil was born October 3, 1956, in Owensboro, KY. He graduated from Central High School.

He is survived by several cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Vernie and Beatrice (Brown) Carter and daughter Michelle Carter.

Funeral Services will be private.
