Rachael Susanne Smyth, age 31, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018.

Rachael was born May 11, 1987, in Hammond, LA, to James “Smitty” and Susanne (Wink) Smyth. She graduated from Castle High School and attended Ivy Tech Community College.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 21, 2018 at Oak Hill Mausoleum, 1400 E Virginia Street, Evansville with Pastor Wayne Perkins officiating.

Arrangements are being handled by BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville.
