Roseale (Dunning) Griffith

Roseale “Rosie” Griffith, 90, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away at 7:10 am, Friday, September 29, 2017, at Good Samaritan Home.

Rosie was born August 18, 1927, in Lamasco, KY, daughter of Floyd B. and Tylene E. (Garrett) Dunning.  Rosie was a homemaker.

She is survived by her son, John Griffith of Louisville, KY., sister, Pat Dunning, of Evansville, grandchildren, Amy Spindler, Kelli (Heath) Seaton, Sara (Louie Meyer) McGuyer, Andrew (Christa) Snow, Matthew Snow, 8 great-grandchildren, Jordan Creech, Caleb Harper, Cameron Seaton, Gage Spindler, Hannah Seaton, Grant Snow, Caden Seaton, and Skye Snow; son-in-law, David Snow.

Rosie was preceded death by her husband of 41 years, Guy Griffith Jr., parents, daughter, Joni Snow, brothers, Al and Tom Dunning; sisters, Betty Jo Guyer and Anna Baker.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 am,  Monday, October 2, 2017, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel-A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Ave., Evansville with Reverend Shane O’Neill officiating. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.   

Friends may visit from 9 am until 10 am, Monday, October 2, 2017, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
