The man, The myth, The LEGEND!

Tony passed away April 4, 2018 at The Bat Cave that his family called home. He left behind a hell of a lot of “good stuff” to his family, who has no idea what to do with it.

So if you happen to be looking for an extremely large TV from the early 90s, some (slightly) warped 2x4s, a few years old Halloween make-up, Arcade games, or even a SWEET 1991 Nissan Maxima fitted with a spoiler, hoodscoop, and nos sticker (You know it’s fast), and 1000s of tools, you should wait the appropriate amount of time and get in touch. Tomorrow would be fine. However, we still haven’t found the 10mm.

This is not an ad for a yard sale, but an obituary for a great man, brother, father, grandfather, and friend to many. Born on January 13, 1967 in Evansville, he is the son of the late Larry K. and Barbara S. (Cargill) Bullock.

Tony leaves behind a very dysfunctional family that (according to the writer) he was very proud of.

He is survived by his sons, Bo Bullock, Larry Bullock, and “The Golden Boy” Tyler Bullock; daughters, Meagan Bullock and Kelsey Bullock; grandchildren, Serinity Campbell, Savannah Campbell, Sophia Bullock, and his special little buddy, Baylee “Sue Bear Si” Bullock; brother, Brian Bullock (Gail) and a ton of nieces and nephews.

He graduated side by side with his best friends and one rowdy crew from Central High School in 1985. Tony served in the United States Army HOORAH! He spent a crazy and fun 28 years working, owning, and operating Bullocks Famous Bar & Grill II (Bullocks Tavern) alongside his family and where he met many of you. Tony was also a proud and active member of Local 181 Operating Engineers where he was a heavy equipment operator, whom the writer can only assume he preferred to drive an artic but could operate the hell out of any piece of equipment.

In lieu of flowers, that my family can’t keep alive anyway, we respectfully ask that donations be sent to Riley’s Children’s Hospital at 705 Riley Hospital Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46202 or Shriner’s Hospital for Children at 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Attn: Office of Development, Tampa, FL 33607.

Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Keith Lynn officiating.  Burial will be Thursday, April 12 at 11:00 a.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
