Amy E. Griffith Spindler, age 44, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 6:53 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at St. Vincent Hospital – Evansville.

Amy was born December 16, 1975, in Evansville, IN, to John Griffith and Leslie (Case) Forston. She was a Breast Cancer Survivor, and she enjoyed home interiors, crafts, and painting. Amy especially loved her children, grandson, and dog, CoCo.

Amy is survived by her mother and step father, Leslie and Terry Forston; father, John Griffith; daughter, Jordan Dugan (Grant); son, Gage Spindler; brother, Taylor Forston (Nichole); nephews, Dominic and Vincent; Mimi’s first grandson, Case Christian Dugan; uncle, Don Case, Jr. (Hassie); extended family, Harry Rodriguez, Bub Frasier, Cindy Baumgartner, Kelli Chickedantz, and her Biaggi’s family.

Celebration of Life will be Private.
