Barbara (VanBibber) Keach

Barbara Keach, age 91, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Linda E. White Hospice House.

Barbara was born September 19, 1932, in St. Louis, MO, to Ernest and Eva (Huffine) VanBibber. She graduated from Bosse High School and was a homemaker raising 7 children. Barbara was an excellent cook and enjoyed canning. She was a good seamstress and used to make her children’s clothes. Barbara also liked making crafts, especially ceramics.

Barbara is survived by her daughters, Donna Miller (Ron), Martha Fulkerson (Wayne), Kathy Winter (Roger), and Beverly Wiley; son, Mike Decker (Judy); brother, Doug VanBibber; daughter-in-law, Janet Decker; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

Barbara is preceded in death by her sons, Randall Decker and Robert Keown; and 5 brothers.

Services and burial will be private at Park Lawn Cemetery.
