Bob W. Myers

Bob W. Myers, age 78, of Newburgh, IN, passed away at 2:02 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.

Bob was born August 28, 1941, in Evansville, IN, to Leonard and Genevieve (Cuthridge) Myers. He attended Central High School. Bob married Londa, the love of his life, on Christmas Eve 1963. He was a lifetime member of International Labor Local 561. Bob was a member of Cathedral of Praise. He, Londa, and their dog, Copper, enjoyed traveling together. He also loved to watch wrestling, cook, Bar-B-Q, plant flowers, and grow vegetables. Bob loved people, and he especially loved going with his church once a month to serve food at the ERM.

Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Londa (McCarty) Myers; daughter, Nicki Miller (Jason); sons, Bret Myers (Cathy) and Chris Myers; grandchildren,

Drew Myers (Erin), Mason Myers, and Angel Keown (Nick); great grandchildren, Hadley, Callie, and Jackson; and nieces and nephews.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Patty Myers; and brother, Larry Myers.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 3, 2020, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville.
