Bonnie M. (Durall) Jamison, age 90, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 11:15 p.m. on Monday, February 20, 2023, at the Linda E. White Hospice House.
Bonnie was born May 21, 1932, in Central City, KY, to Luther and Hazel (Sparks) Durall. She graduated from Central City High School in 1950 and was a member of Vann Avenue Baptist Church. Bonnie loved being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to a large, adoring family. In her younger years, Bonnie worked in claims for Atlas Van Lines. In most recent years, she loved playing cards with her friends.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Moore (Richard); sons, Thomas Jamison “TJ” (Deborah), Robert Jamison (Mary Lynn), and James “Jamie” Jamison; sister, Anna Jean Beliles; grandchildren, Justin (Tish), Tommy, Ryan (Ashley), Jennifer (Ian), Jeff, Jace, and RJ; and great-grandchildren, Riley, Brianna, Dixie, Tommy III, Hannah, Olivia, Sadie, Jax, Riley Austin, Macy, Jamison, Conner, Lachlan, and Kimberly.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Hazel Durall; beloved husband of 50 years, Thomas L. Jamison, Sr.; sisters, Lois Durall and Nell Whitaker; brothers, Charles Durall and Bill Durall; and grandson, Brian Jamison.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville, with Reverend Dr. Larry Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Newburgh, IN.
Friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, February 24, 2023, and from 10:00 a.m. until service time, Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
