Brenda Mayhugh

Brenda Mayhugh, age 79, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 6:24 a.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at her home.
Brenda was born February 27, 1944, in Evansville, IN, to Jesse and Flora (Butler) Daugherty. She graduated from North High School in 1962. Brenda and her husband Darrel owned and operated Center Town Motors for 52 years. 

Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Darrel Mayhugh; daughters, Debbie Young (Greg) and Michelle Jost; sisters, Dene Brennan and Barbara Gambrel of Marshall, IL; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Rhonda Kay.

Graveside Committal will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, 2633 Gilstrap Road, Morgantown, KY with Pastor Randy Duncan officiating. 

Funeral Services are scheduled Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN.

Friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
