C. Dwight Barnett

C. Dwight Barnett, age 74, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at his home.

Dwight was born April 11, 1946, in Evansville, IN, to William Barnett and Mabel (Williams) Barnett. He graduated from North High School in 1964 and attended the University of Evansville. He was a professional home inspector and owned Barnett & Associates, Inc., formerly One Call Inspections, since 1984. He was well known for his weekly Home Maintenance/Home Fix column in the Evansville Courier & Press and numerous newspapers throughout the country.

Dwight is survived by his wife of 46 years, Deborah Barnett; daughter, Jessica Campbell (Scott); son, Damon Barnett (Lindsay); grandchildren, Emory and Asher Campbell and Nash Barnett; brother, William Barnett; half-sister, Charlotte Evans; niece, Karen Becher (Stephen); nephew, Jim Barnett (Heidi); and 3 great-nephews.

Dwight is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Kenneth Barnett.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Christian Fellowship Church at 4100 Millersburg Rd, Evansville, IN, with Pastor David Niednagel officiating. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery. 

Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time, Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Christian Fellowship Church.
