Carla E. (Nall) Jones

Carla E. Jones, age 54, of Evansville, IN, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021 surrounded by family.

Carla was born November 27, 1966, in Providence, KY, to Carlos Nall and Phyllis Shoulders. She graduated from Webster County High School in 1984. Carla worked as a caregiver for several years. She was passionate about caring for others.

Carla was a loving mother, Mimi, daughter, and sister. She was very proud of her children’s accomplishments in life. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends, especially during holidays. She loved shopping and gift buying for her grandbabies. Carla would do anything to put a smile on her children and grandbabies faces.

Carla’s personality was unmatched, and her love was unconditional. There was never a dull moment when around her. She was sassy, humorous, intelligent, and kind. Her family is forever grateful for her. Memories of Carla will remain in her family’s hearts and will always bring them joy. She will be missed.

Carla is survived by her daughters, Mariah and Joslyn of Evansville, IN, son, Isaiah Jones of Cincinnati, OH, Mother, Phyllis Shoulders of Henderson, KY, Sister, Marcie Brown of Henderson, KY, and grandchildren Sovereign, Olivia, and Asher.

Carla is preceded in death by her beloved husband Freeman Jones of Madisonville, KY, Father Carlos Nall of Clay, KY, and brother Curtis Nall of Henderson, KY.  

Private Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Kenneth Walker officiating. Burial will be private at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville, KY.
