Carlton W. Scott, 55, of Evansville, died at 9 a.m. yesterday at his home after a length: illness.
He was a coating inspector at Alcoa, retiring in July, after 29 years. He was a member of the Aluminum Brick and Glass Workers Union No. 104.
Mr. Scott was an Army veteran, and a member of St. Marys Catholic Church in Evansville.
Surviving are his wife, Linda; daughters, Kimberly Jane Effinger and Michelle Rene’ Neville, both of Evansville, and Stephanie Ann Heimburger of Burbank, Calif.; a son, David Scott of Evansville; a brother, Tom Scott of Richland, Ind.; a sister, Shirley Calendar of Lincoln, Neb.; his mother, Jane Norris of St. Louis, Mo.; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Boone Funeral Home - East Chapel, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN, 47715, St. Mary Catholic Church pastoral team officiating with burial in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. tomorrow at tBoone Funeral Home - East Chapel, where vigil services will be held at 2 p.m.
