Cheryl Ann (Depa) Zack

Cheryl Ann (Depa) Zack, age 62, of Evansville, IN, passed away Monday, June 9, 2025, at home.

Cheryl was born January 23, 1963, in Evansville, IN, to Leo and Geraldine (Perr) Depa. She graduated from Mother Theodore Guerin High School in 1982 and she worked for TJ Maxx as a Fork Truck Driver for 37 years. Cheryl loved her family, and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Cheryl is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Mitchell Zack; daughter, Holly Reine; son, Deric Zack (Whitley); brother, David Depa; and 7 grandchildren.

Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Geraldine Depa; and brother, Larry Depa.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Burial will be Private.
