Obituary

Dahiben G. Patel, 89, of Evansville, Ind., passed away at 10:35 p.m. Saturday, February 6, 2021, at her residence.

Dahiben was born August 14, 1931, in Sampura, India. She was an owner and operator in the hospitality industry for many years. Dahiben loved to spend time with her family. She was kind, selfless, and was loved by her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.

She survived by her two sons, Dayarambhai (Bhanuben) and Hasmukhbhai (Saraswatiben); sister, Manuben; brother, Dhirajbhai; and eight grandchildren, Nita, Rita, Suni, Mehul, Jagruti, Rina, Tejal, and Manisha; and fourteen great-grandchildren, Hemali, Dylan, Lindsay, Hannah, Vinisha, Parth, Parin, Ethan, Tulsi, Krishna, Diya, Sai, Jaiden, Aryan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordanbhai Patel and her parents, Lallubhai and Laxmiben Patel.

Private Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 9th, 2021, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel, 5330 Washington Ave., Evansville, Indiana.
