Daniel Sumrall Obituary

Daniel Sumrall, age 47, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 10:51 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2020, at St. Vincent Hospital – Evansville.

Daniel was born April 27, 1973, in Evansville, IN, to Robert and Freida (Whitledge) Sumrall. He attended Castle High School. Daniel enjoyed being at Ellis Park as well as fast cars and fast bikes. He was a family man who had a contagious laugh. Daniel was always there for his family and was quick to help anyone in need.

Daniel is survived by his son, David Sumrall; daughter, Alyssa Sumrall; granddaughter, Amilia Sumrall; ex-wife, Christina (Alderson) Sumrall; mother, Frieda Sumrall; and brothers, John Sumrall (Jessica) and Howell Sumrall.

Daniel is preceded in death by his father, Robert “Rho” Sumrall, who passed away February 5, 2020.

A Celebration of Life will held at a later date.
