David Andrew Cobb, age 41, of Evansville, IN, passed away January 23, 2025, at Linda E. White Hospice House.
David was born September 20, 1983, in Evansville, IN, to Stanton Cobb and Sherry (Robinson) Carter. He graduated from Boonville High School in 2001 and worked at ARC Training Center. He loved coffee and Mt. Dew, playing his guitar, and listening to Country music, especially Brooks & Dunn. He enjoyed eating out; Steak ‘n Shake was his favorite. David loved God and loved attending church at Christian Fellowship Church in Evansville and First Baptist Church in Henderson.
David is survived by his father and stepmother, Stan and Cheryl Ann Cobb; stepfather, Charles “Chuck” Carter; siblings, Scott Cobb, Brittany Carter, Melissa Koehler, and Miranda Rahman (Derrick), Andrew Anoskey (Bonnie), George Koehler, John Koehler, Kurt Koehler (Brianna), and Robert Carter; and nieces and nephews.
David is preceded in death by his mother, Sherry Carter; step mother, Ruth Cobb; grandparents, Donald and Betty Cobb; and grandparents, Donald and Sharon Robinson.
Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN, with Pastor Jim Turpin officiating. Burial will be Private at Park Lawn Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 2:00 p.m. until service time, Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
