Debra "Debbie" Julian

Debra "Debbie" Julian, age 71, of Evansville, In, passed away August 30, 2025, at Evansville Protestant Home.

Debbie was born August 18, 1954, to Stanley Rust and Wilma Gramelspacher. She loved to garden and enjoyed her flowers. Debbie worked at Zenith Electronics until 1986 and then was employed at T.J.Maxx until 2000.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Bruce Julian; daughter, Kerri Utterback; sisters, Cindy Wahl and Jill Bates; brother, Ray Fischer (Shelly); grandchildren, Gabriel Utterback, Lars Utterback, and Lily Utterback; a great-grandchild, Carter Utterback; and nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her special fur baby, Zookie.

Debbie is preceded in death by her parents and her stepfather, Anthony Fischer.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Burial will be Private.
