Dolores A. (Biggs) Brewster, age 95, of Evansville, IN, passed away September 23, 2022 in Evansville, IN.
Dolores was born September 10, 1927, in Chicago, IL, to the late Lewis and Rose (Kampa) Biggs. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and VFW 1114 Ladies Auxiliary. She owned and operated Brewster’s TV for 45 years with her late husband, Basil Brewster.
Dolores is survived by her daughter, Pamela Shaw (Tom); sons, Daniel Brewster (Betty), James Brewster (Mary), and Steven Brewster (Linda); grandchildren, Katie Rowe (Jason), David Shaw (Emily), Drew Brewster (Missy), and Bob Brewster (Catie); and great grandchildren, Ryan, Nicholas and Clay Brewster, Gage and Shelby Shaw.
Dolores is preceded in death by her husband of forty-nine years, Basil Brewster, in 1996 and two brothers, two sisters and a daughter-in-law, Mona Brewster.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30a.m., Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1800 Lodge Ave., Evansville, IN, 47715. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Newburgh, IN.
Friends may visit from 3:00p.m. until 7:00p.m., Monday, September 26, 2022 at Boone Funeral Home – East Chapel, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN 47715. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00p.m.
