Ellen F Freels

Ellen F. (Migliaccio) Freels, age 76, of Newburgh, IN, passed away at 11:11 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.

Ellen was born August 25, 1943, in Indianapolis, IN, to Joseph and Eva Faye (Clark) Migliaccio. She graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1961. Ellen was a member of Sweet Adeline’s International from 1972 – 1995. She was a member of South Gibson Apostolic Church.

Ellen is survived by her sons, James “Jim” Freels (Joleen) and Andrew Freels (Judith);  daughters, Ronda McBride (Roger); sister, Kim Meredith (Andrew); brothers, David Skelton, Anthony Skelton (Rita), and Paul Skelton; and grandchildren, Bethany Joy McGee (Andrew) and Abigail Elizabeth Freels.

Ellen is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 17 years, James Freels; infant sister, Juanita Carol Migliaccio; sister, Christine Pool and step-daughter, Ronda McBride.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Burial will be Private.
