Emilee D. (Stierwalt) Wallace

Emilee D. (Stierwalt) Wallace, age 93, of Evansville, IN, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Walnut Creek of Evansville.

Emilee was born February 24, 1932, in Gosport, IN, Owen County, to Fyler Roscoe and Anna Alma (Anderson) Stierwalt. She was the wife of a farm manager and supported him through being the farm cook on the Egler Farm. Emilee enjoyed square dancing, sewing, gardening and playing games, like cards and Bingo.

Emilee is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Rummel (Barry); grandchildren, Craig Clark (Stephanie), Channon Wright (Jason), Chad Clark (Stacy), Marianne Isaacs (Jacob), Larry Andrew Butcher (Missy), and Brenda Agnew; great grandchildren, Dylan Clark, Logan Clark, Kyle Martin (Emily), Ashley Baize (Jesse), Jesse Martin, Shaun Robb, Kynnedi Smith, Carter Smith, Aiden Clark, Auslynn Clark, Meadow Clark, Harley Clark, Lucy Isaacs, Zoie Butcher, Savaughn Agnew (Aylah), and Saber Agnew; and great-great grandchildren, Knox Martin, Giovanni Acosta, and Halo Smith.

Emilee is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 53 years, Everett “Hal” Wallace; daughter, Patty Butcher; and siblings, Velma, Roger, Avis, Vacie, Coleen, Wanda, Gertrude, Audrey, James, and Samron Agnew.

Funeral Services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Cicero Cemetery, in Cicero, IN.
