Emma L (Hopper) Bennett

Our loving mother, Emma L. (Hopper) Bennett, went to Heaven on Friday, December 11, 2020.

Emma was born February 14, 1932, in Nortonville, KY, to Raymond Hopper and Audrey (Dillingham) Hopper. Mom was a strong Christian woman who touched the lives of everyone around her. She was a great influence in all of our lives, and we will miss her very much.

We would like to give a special thanks to Amanda and Shelby at the Good Samaritan Home. They took such wonderful care of mom during her stay.

Emma is survived by her children, Jerry Bennett (Jane), Cova Barnett (Dennis), and Tonya Kelley (Ken); and was blessed with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Emma is preceded in death by her parents; brothers; sisters; and beloved husband of 52 years, Gerald E. Bennett.

Due to the pandemic, there will be a private service and burial for family on December 14, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Jim Web officiating.
