Erika Lyn (Peters) Daza, age 51, of Evansville, IN, passed away on July 22, 2021, at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

Erika was born July 21, 1970, in Evansville, IN, to Michael Peters and Peggy Jean Peters. She graduated from Reitz High School.

Erika is survived by her daughter, Sarah Siebers; her significant other, Terry Mills; and her mother, Jean.

Erika is preceded in death by her father, Michael.

Services will be private.
