Eva M. (Pinnell) Vaught

Eva M. (Pinnell) Vaught, age 77, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 9:36 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at St. Vincent Hospital – Evansville.

Eva was born March 22, 1943, in Eldorado, IL, to Lloyd and Marie (Butts) Pinnell. She graduated from Eldorado High School in 1961 and earned her Nursing Degree from Southeast Illinois College. Eva retired as an Registered Nurse after 20 years of service. She was a member of Oak Hill Christian Center. Eva enjoyed shopping, and her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her pride and joy.

Eva is survived by her daughter, Sherri Arnold (Mike); sons, Coy Vaught (Linda) and Robert Vaught (Heather); sister, Donna Pinnell; half-sister, Debbie Vasquez (Cookie); half-brother, Stephen Pinnell; grandchildren, Laura (Dustin), Katie, Zach (Lacey), JT (Allison), Danielle (Tyler), Chase (Hayley), Sheridan, and Blake; and 10 great grandchildren.

Eva is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Jim R. Vaught, who passed away March 6, 2020; parents, Lloyd and Marie Pinnell; half-sister, Patty Pinnell; and half-brother, Randy Pinnell.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 21, 2020, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Chaplain Vicki Hopkins officiating. A Live Stream will be available beginning twenty minutes prior to the service time.
