Forest Eugene Turner Jr., 43, of Evansville, died at 2 a.m. Saturday at home after an illness.
He was music director and arranger at Bethel Temple, vice president and musical arranger at Showbiz International, which presents local Holiday World theme park productions, production member at Faith Music Missions and president of Forest Turner Enterprises & Recording, which he operated with his wife of 14 years, Julie (Young).
He was a member of Christian Instrumental Directors Association, METRO Church Directors Association and Phi Mu Alpha and a graduate of University of Evansville.
Also surviving are a daughtei Sarah Turner, at home; four sons. Jeremy, John, Luke and David Turner, all at home; his parents, Joyce and Gene T urner of Evansville; a brother, David of Atlanta; and a grandmother, Mildred Holler- man.
Services will be at 11a.m. Monday at Bethel Temple, the Revs. Stephen Schwambach and Alan Chamness officiating, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Boone Funeral Home 5330 Washington Ave. and from 9 a.m. to service time Monday at the church.
