Gerald L. Hall, age 71, of Evansville, IN, passed away Friday, January 9, 2026, at Heart to Heart Hospice House.
Gerald was born March 22, 1954, in Evansville, IN, to Gerald Henry and Alice Louise (Manning) Hall. He proudly served in the United State Air Force. Gerald owned and operated Mitchell Transmission for 16 years. He served as a volunteer fire fighter in New Harmony for 5 years. He was a member of Northeast Park Baptist Church where he served as deacon. He was an avid drag racer and crew chief. Gerald enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and travelling with his wife.
Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Tamara (Travelstead) Hall; son, Jeremiah Hall (Krystal); siblings, Deborah Payne (Phillip), Robert Hall (Angie), and Tonya Hall; grandchildren, Joslynn and Kaleb; and many nieces and nephews.
Gerald is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, David Hall.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Northeast Park Baptist Church, 1215 N Boeke Road, Evansville, IN 47711 with Pastor Dr. Steve Taylor officiating. Burial will be Private.
Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time, Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Northeast Park Baptist Church.
