Herman Luther Yeckering

Herman Luther Yeckering, age 72, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 10:35 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Newburgh Healthcare.

Herman was born April 15,1951, in Evansville, IN, to Millard T. and Pauline (Menser) Yeckering. He graduated from Harrison High School. Herman attended FaithWay Baptist church. He loved fishing and playing with his dog, Bella Bear.  Herman worked many years at Parkway Pizza.

Herman is survived by his sister, Jean Winters (Bruce); many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Bella Bear.

Herman is preceded in death by his parents; and sister Carol S. Burnett.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Stephen Russ officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until time of service, Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
