Jackie Lynn Cheshire

Jackie Lynn Cheshire, age 60, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024, at Deaconess Midtown.

Jackie was born January 29, 1964, in Heilman, IN, to the late Jack and Bernitta (Phillips) Cheshire. She graduated from North High School. Jackie was a loving mother and grandmother. Her biggest joy in life was spending her days with her family.

Jackie is survived by her daughter, Misty Powers (Marcus); son, Clinton “CJ” Basham, Jr. (Brittani); grandchildren, Arianna, Julian, Gabriel and Kaylynn; best friend and father of her children, Clinton Basham, Sr.; nephews, Charlie Pace and Billy Pace (Sharon); and many great nieces and nephews.

Jackie is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Bernitta Cheshire; infant son, Jeremy; and sister, Darlene Onyett (John).

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue. Burial will be private.

Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
