James C. Littrell

James C. “Chuck” Littrell, age 69, of Newburgh, IN, passed away on Thursday, July 7th, 2022, at Cypress Grove with family by his side.

Jim was born October 23rd, 1952 in Evansville, IN, to Elmendorf “Dewey” Littrell and Ethel (Elemeire) Littrell. He graduated from North High School in 1970. Chuck worked as a Journeyman Pipefitter with the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 136. He enjoyed fishing, working puzzles and paint by number. Chuck was a wonderful father, grandfather and great grandfather to be. He was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.

Jim is survived by his daughters, Jamie Rook, Katie Powers and Jennifer Littrell; son Jimmy Littrell (Lorrie); sisters, Kathie Iafrate, and Beth Isaac (Rick); brother, Eddie Littrell (JoAnne); 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild on the way.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Elmendorf and Ethel Littrell; and son in-law, Scott Rook.

Services will be private.
