Jeffrey Kent Smith, age 64, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 5:13 a.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at Columbia Health Care.

Jeffrey was born July 17, 1956, in Evansville, IN, to Edward L. and Mary Lou (Shaver) Smith.

Jeffrey is survived by his brothers, Charles Edward Smith (Judith Faye), and Christopher Jay Smith (Tracey Jean); nieces Emily K. Ashmawi (Jason), Mindy L. DeLozier (Eric); and nephews C.J. Smith (Diane), and Brian L. Smith (Danielle).

Jeffrey is preceded in death by his parents; brother Jack Cecil Smith; and nephew Mark J. “Joey” Smith.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
