Jerry Lee Smithhart, age 59, of Evansville, IN, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Linda E. White Hospice House.

Jerry was born July 17, 1966, in Evansville, IN, to the late Leroy Smithhart and Wanda (Barnett) Cannon.

Jerry is survived by his good friend, William Clark; brother, John Cannon; nephews and niece, Blake Cannon, Parker Cannon and Cali Cannon.

Burial will be private in Hampton Cemetery in Hampton, KY.
