Judith A. (Schneider) Hurm

Judith A. (Schneider) Hurm, age 84, of Evansville, IN, passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025, at the Heritage Center.

Judith was born November 21, 1940, in Evansville, IN, to William and Dorothy (Ridenour) Schneider. She graduated from Bosse High School in 1958. Judith worked for the Evansville Public Library as a Periodic Bar Coder where she retired after 25 years. She loved playing games, especially cards and singing karaoke. Judith lived life by her motto, “stubborn as a mule and twice as hard headed”.

Judith is survived by her daughter, Robin (Hurm) Robertson (Matthew).

Judith is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Robert E. Hurm; and brother, Jerry Schneider.

Funeral Services will be held at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, August 10, 2025, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Reverend Lynn Marino officiating.

Friends may visit from 2:00 p.m. until service time, Sunday, August 10, 2025, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.

Graveside Services will be held Monday, August 11, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in Maple Grove Cemetery, 1622 S 3rd St., Boonville, IN 47601.
