Kimberly "Kim" Kay (Hunt) Powell

Kimberly “Kim” Kay Powell, age 65, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

Kim was born January 23, 1959, in Evansville, IN, to Jack and Eleanor “Rose” (Lance) Daniels. She graduated from Harrison High School and worked at Rural King for over 10 years. Kim enjoyed playing games on her tablet and especially loved spending time with her family.

Kim is survived by her daughters, Ashley Chappell and Jessica Vanwormer; son, Justin Brown (Lacey); sister, Roxanne Hunt; brothers, Jerry Daniels, Mike Daniels, and Dennis Lance; 13 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

Kim is preceded in death by her father, Jack Daniels; son, Ben Bush; and sister, Lisa Will.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, April 15, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Jerry Daniels officiating.

Friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. until service time  Monday, April 15, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
