Lee Ann (Marts) Stokley, age 88, of Newburgh, IN, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Majestic Care of Newburgh.
Lee Ann was born May 20, 1938, in Evansville, IN to Roy T. and Alice F. (Pate) Marts. She graduated from Bosse High School in 1956. Lee Ann retired from Old National Bank in 1994 after 28 years of working in the loan department. For 5 years, she was the assistant manager of University Square Branch. She also owned Urban Village Mobile Home Park with her husband and son from 1985-2005. Lee Ann was a faithful member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling the world with her husband and was always up for an adventure.
Lee Ann is survived by her niece and caregiver, Sheryl Lemmer; great nephew and caregiver, J.T. Lemmer (Caroline) and their son Cameron of Newburgh, IN; daughter-in-law, Dana Ruegamer (Paul) of Noblesville, IN; brother-in- law, Ken Bonham of Greenwood, IN; nephew, Steven Lintzenich of Mt. Vernon, IN; and faithful dog, Bo.
Lee Ann is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Lloyd “Paul” Stokley; son, Kent A. Bonham; stepsister, Mary Jeanette Lemmer; nephew, Thomas H. Lemmer; and stepbrother, J. Donald Lintzenich.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Heather Foley officiating. Entombment will be Private in Park Lawn Mausoleum.
Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time, Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
