Lisa Annett (Schaefer) Smiddy, age 59, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 9:57 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital.

Lisa was born November 16 1963, in Evansville, IN. She attended Vann Avenue Baptist Church. Lisa was a loving mother, who enjoyed gardening, taking her dogs for walks in Audubon State Park and attending any family event.

Lisa is survived by her daughters, Jaclyn Schaefer and Kristen Smiddy; and son, Elliot Smiddy.

Lisa is preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Cutkomp; and loving husband, Jeff Smiddy.

Services will be private.
