Luella Boeglin-Jacobs, 82, of Evansville, died at 9:52 a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and its Quilting Club and Altar Society.
Surviving are two daughters, Rose Marie Huber of Arlington, Texas, and Mary Jo Boeglin of Evansville; three sons, Leo H. Boeglin of Santa Claus, Ind., Roy H. Boeglin of Haubstadt and Irvan Boeglin of Crawfordsville, Ind.; four stepsons, Arnold Jacobs of Chicago, Kenneth and Othmar Jacobs, both of Newburgh, and Marvin Jacobs of Evansville; three sisters, Mary VanDeventer of Shell Knob, Mo., Irene Petijean of Fort Branch. Ind., and Alma Maze of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a brother, Otto Market of Evansville; 17 grand children; 27 step grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 14 step great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at Boone Funeral Home — East Chapel, 5330 Washington Ave., continuing at 9 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, the Revs. Maurillus Bilskie and John Boeglin officiating, with burial in St. James Church cemetery in Haubstadt, Ind.
Friends may call from 2 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where a memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m.
