Marcia Underwood

Marcia Underwood, age 75, of Evansville, IN, passed away Friday, May 21, 2021, at her home.

Marcia was born November 21, 1945 in Evansville, IN, to the late Glen David and Elizabeth (Caudill) Hedge. Marcia attended Reitz High School. She was a member of Howell Baptist Church of Evansville. She worked 30 plus years at General Tire and Rubber. Marcia loved St. Louis Cardinal baseball and being around her family.

Marcia is survived by her sons, Bryan (Stacey) Underwood of Evansville IN, Rodney (Jenny Chittenden) Underwood of Evansville IN and David (Arissa) Underwood of Evansville IN; sister, Kathy Anderson of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Lesley (Jake) Mosley, Brock Underwood, Ashley and Bailey Underwood; great grandchildren, Adalynn Mosley, Rayna Mosley and Blakeleigh Kasinger.

In addition to her parents, Marcia was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Aubrey Lee Underwood; sisters, Sandy Phillips, Charlotte Arend and Mary Beth Brown; brothers Glen Daniel Hedge and Larry Gene Hedge.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 24, 2021, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Terry Gamblin officiating. Burial will be in the Tupman Cemetery in Evansville, IN. 

Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until the beginning of service, Monday, May 24, 2021, at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
