Margaret A. (Toole) Russell

Margaret A.  (Toole) Russell, 81, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away at 8:50 AM, Friday, February 16, 2018, at River Pointe Health Campus in Evansville, Indiana.

Born Saturday, July 25, 1936 in Evansville, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Denby and Opal (Tipton) Toole.  Margaret graduated from Lockyear Business College and made her career as an instructor at Ivy Tech teaching office and business courses.  After her retirement from Ivy Tech, she was employed at Goodwill Industries until age 80.  Margaret was a member of the Unity Church in Kansas City.  She enjoyed reading, using her computer and being on the internet. She loved her three cats dearly. 

Margaret was survived by her daughter, Cheryl Long; brother, Dennis Toole; grandchild, Kyle Taormina and dear friends, Julie and David Woolston.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Jeannie Russell in 2006.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel-A Family Tradition Funeral Home located at 5330 Washington Avenue Evansville, Indiana 47715. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Evansville, IN.

Friends may visit from 9:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 23, 2018, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
