Margaret Wohlhueter Obituary

Margaret L. Wohlhueter, 83, of Evansville, died at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Medical Center.

Mrs. Wohlhueter, a member of Bethany Christian Church, retired in 1988 after 31 years with Key Market in Evansville. She formerly worked at the McCurdy Hotel in food service, and at Chrysler’s during World War II.

Surviving are a brother, Cletus Hester of Indianapolis; and a sister, Myrtle Hester of Evansville.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Boone Funeral Home — East Chapel, 5330 Washington Ave., with the Rev. Will Jewsbury officiating.

Burial will be private. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

The family said friends, if they wish, may make memorial contributions to Bethany Christian Church.
