Mark A. Fox

Mark A. Fox, age 65, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at IU Health Methodist Hospital hospice in Indianapolis, Indiana, with family by his side.

Mark was born September 22, 1960, in Evansville, Indiana, the son of Carol and Dorothy (Schellhase) Fox. He graduated from Harrison High School with the Class of 1978 and went on to attend the University of Southern Indiana.  Mark spent 49 years working in Telemarketing Sales, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication throughout his career. He was an IU fan and enjoyed watching their games with his brother. He enjoyed watching old westerns and Nascar racing. He loved celebrating birthdays and holidays with his family.

Mark is survived by his brother, Stephen Fox and wife, Rita of Newburgh, IN; nieces, Julie Mayse and husband, Chad of Haubstadt, IN and Karen DeTalente and husband, Chad of Newburgh, IN; Great nieces, Cailyn (Mayse) DiDomizio and husband, Garrett, Cara Mayse, Hailey and Jade DeTalente; Great nephew Cole Mayse and many cousins.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Carol and Dorothy (Schellhase) Fox.

Inurnment will be in be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Sunset Cemetery, 1800 St. George Rd, Evansville, IN 47711.

Funeral Services will be held at 4 p.m., Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Chad DeTalente officiating. A livestream of the service will be available to view at 3:45 p.m.

Friends may visit from 2 p.m. until time of service, Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
